With over eight years in the health and fitness industry, Oggi is a qualified performance nutrition coach specialising in endurance sport. His background spans group fitness, personal training, gym management, and now performance nutrition coaching with Ogging Fit.

Oggi holds a double major in Sport Science and Exercise & Health, along with a Masters Diploma in Performance Nutrition, and works closely with endurance athletes preparing for Ironman, Ironman 70.3, marathon, and ultra-distance events.

As an avid triathlete himself, Oggi understands the real demands of endurance training — the long sessions, the cumulative fatigue, and the fine margins between under-fuelling and optimal performance.
