With over eight years in the health and fitness industry - spanning roles as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and gym manager and now a Ogging Fit coach, specialising in nutrition and performance. I hold a double major in Sport Science and Exercise & Health, along with a Masters Diploma in Performance Nutrition.


As an avid triathlete myself, I understand firsthand the beautifully complex capability of the human body and the thrill of achieving goals once thought impossible.
