Ogging Track Club
These sessions are designed to improve strength, conditioning, and endurance — all while having fun and staying accountable. Whether you're chasing performance goals or just looking to move more, Luke brings a professional edge and a welcoming vibe that makes every session accessible for all levels. Come train with us and be part of something bigger.
Every session includes two levels of training:
- A Set: Designed for more advanced runners or those chasing PBs. Slightly longer reps, faster paces, and higher volume. Perfect if you're confident with threshold or VO₂ work and want a challenge.
- B Set: A reduced version of the A Set, ideal for newer runners or anyone building their fitness. Same structure, just scaled back to match your current level.
No matter where you're at, there's a version of the session that fits you.

OTC Founder - Luke Burrows
Ogging Track Club was founded in 2025 by Luke Burrows, building on the foundation that Jonny Sammut had already created with Ogging Fit. At the beginning of 2025, Luke connected with Jonny with the goal of starting his own coaching journey, and what started as an interest in helping athletes quickly became a shared passion for coaching. Luke wanted to play a major role in supporting Jon through his rehab, while also helping him transition Ogging from being purely online into something more tangible through in-person group sessions. This whole coaching journey and the process of developing Ogging together allowed Luke and Jonny to bond and grow a strong friendship in a short space of time. Out of that connection, Ogging Track Club was born - a natural extension of OggingFit, bringing athletes together into a supportive, community-based training environment.
“I started Ogging Track Club because I wanted to create a fun, inclusive, and supportive training environment that caters for athletes of all abilities - from beginners discovering the joy of running to elites chasing performance at the highest level. Running is often seen as an individual sport, but the right group transforms it into something much bigger: a source of accountability, motivation, and lasting friendships. Being based here in WA, I wanted to bring together a community where athletes can train hard in a professional environment, while also enjoying the social and fun side of the sport.”
“Looking ahead, I see Ogging Track Club becoming one of the leading running communities in Australia - a place where athletes of all backgrounds can come together, connect, and grow both on and off the track. My vision is to expand our reach through structured coaching, group sessions, and events that showcase the power of collective training. Over time, I want OTC to not only be known as a high-quality coaching group but also as a hub of community, support, and shared achievement, where every member feels valued, inspired, and part of something bigger than themselves.”
