Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Standard shipping within Australia takes 5–10 business days, while international shipping can take 10–20 business days depending on your location.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Simply email us at support@ogging.co with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll provide you with the return instructions.
Yes — if you’d like to exchange an item for another size or style, contact us and we’ll help organise it.
If the return is due to a faulty item or an error on our end, we’ll cover the cost. Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Coaching General
Anyone from beginner and up. There is nothing we would love more than to support you from the beginning of your triathlon or running fitness journey.
In your initial coaching catchup, we take the time to understand your individual goals, fitness level, and current training routine. Whether you're preparing for a triathlon, improving your running, or just getting started, this session helps us create a tailored training plan that suits your needs. We’ll discuss your past experiences, any injuries or concerns, and set clear performance targets. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions and get a feel for how Ogging Fit coaching works. This catchup is designed to set the foundation for your journey to success!
Absolutely! The great thing about Ogging Fit is the ability to seamlessly switch between Running Coaching and Triathlon Coaching. Your coach will support you in the transition, each step of the way.
To communicate with your coach about how a session felt, use the 'Post-Activity' comment section in Training Peaks. For all other communication, please text or phone your coach either via WhatsApp or Mobile if you are on the Pro/Premium Tier. Core Athletes have access to email communication.

Account Info
Our coaching subscriptions are charged on the 1st of the month each month via Direct Debit (GoCardless). To organise a weekly payment, contact accounts@ogging.co
Yep — you can cancel anytime. Your coaching will continue until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and we won’t charge you after that. No refunds for mid-month cancellations, but if you forgot to cancel or something unexpected comes up, reach out and we’ll see what we can do. To cancel, email accounts@ogging.co
If your direct debit payment fails, we’ll notify you immediately so you can update your payment details. We'll attempt to process the payment again within a few days. If the issue persists, your coaching services may be paused until the payment is successfully processed. To avoid any interruptions, it’s important to ensure your payment method is up to date. If you need assistance or have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly, and we’ll help resolve the issue quickly.
To pause your membership please contact accounts@ogging.co and we will suspend it from the date of your email. It is free to pause your membership.
