Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Standard shipping within Australia takes 5–10 business days, while international shipping can take 10–20 business days depending on your location.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Simply email us at support@ogging.co with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll provide you with the return instructions.
Yes if the item is unworn and you’d like to exchange it for another size or style, contact us and we’ll help organise it.
If the return is due to a faulty item or an error on our end, we’ll cover the cost. Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Ogging Fit FAQ
Coaching General
Anyone from beginner and up. There is nothing we would love more than to support you from the beginning of your triathlon or running fitness journey.
In your initial coaching catchup, we take the time to understand your individual goals, fitness level, and current training routine. Whether you're preparing for a triathlon, improving your running, or just getting started, this session helps us create a tailored training plan that suits your needs. We’ll discuss your past experiences, any injuries or concerns, and set clear performance targets. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions and get a feel for how Ogging Fit coaching works. This catchup is designed to set the foundation for your journey to success!
Absolutely! The great thing about Ogging Fit is the ability to seamlessly switch between Running Coaching and Triathlon Coaching. Your coach will support you in the transition, each step of the way.
To communicate with your coach about how a session felt, use the 'Post-Activity' comment section in Training Peaks. For all other communication, please text or phone your coach either via WhatsApp or Mobile if you are on the Pro/Premium Tier. Core Athletes have access to email communication.

Account Info
Coaching subscriptions are charged on the 1st of each month. New athletes (joined after 12 April 2026) are billed by card via Stripe. Athletes who joined before then remain on Direct Debit via GoCardless.
Need a different billing arrangement? Get in touch at accounts@ogging.co.
Yes — you can cancel anytime. Your coaching continues until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged after that. We don't refund mid-month cancellations, but if something unexpected comes up, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
To cancel: if you joined after 12 April 2026, use the management link in your welcome email. If you joined before then, complete our pause/cancel form.

If a payment fails, we'll notify you immediately so you can update your payment details. We'll automatically retry within a few days. If the issue persists, your coaching may be paused until the payment is processed.

Pausing your membership is free and works for full calendar months only — minimum 1 month, up to 3 months.
