The heartbeat of Ogging in Sydney. Each Thursday at 6:30pm at ES Marks Reserve, we bring runners together for a structured, coach-led session designed to build speed, strength, and race-day confidence.
Following the same proven format as our Perth squad, sessions are focused, purposeful, and performance-driven — whether you’re chasing a PB or simply looking to train alongside a motivated crew.

Session focus: Speed endurance & VO₂max training intervals.
Purpose: Boost your top-end fitness.
Short, sharp intervals with solid recoveries — these sessions raise your ceiling so you can race faster with less effort. Expect punchy reps, race sharpness, and squad energy under lights.
