The right path depends on when you joined Ogging. Pick the option that matches you.
Joined after 12 April 2026: use the personal management link in your welcome email or any recent subscription email from us. Search your inbox for "Manage My Subscription". Lost it? Email accounts@ogging.co and we'll resend it.
Joined before 12 April 2026: please complete our pause / cancel form so we can process your request properly.
Payments
How billing works
- Coaching fees are billed monthly in advance via your nominated payment method.
- Your first payment is prorated from your start date to the end of that month.
- Thereafter, all coaching memberships are billed on the 1st of each month for the upcoming month of coaching.
- You'll receive an email notification before each payment is processed.
Cancellations
Cancelling your coaching
- You can cancel your coaching at any time using the relevant option above.
- Your coaching will continue until the end of the month you've already paid for.
- No further payments will be charged after cancellation takes effect.
- Mid-month cancellations are not refunded or prorated, as coaching access and support are allocated on a monthly basis.

Notice for changes
- To ensure smooth processing, cancellation or pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date (the 1st of the month).
- Requests received within the final 7 days of the month will take effect from the following billing cycle.
Pausing
Pausing your membership
If you need a break from coaching due to injury, illness, travel, or recovery, you can pause your membership at no cost.
- Pauses apply to full calendar months only.
- Pauses cannot be applied retroactively or partway through a billing month.
- Once a month has been billed, it cannot be paused, credited, or adjusted.
- During a paused month: no coaching is delivered and no payment is charged.
- Coaching automatically resumes on the agreed start date unless otherwise arranged.
Race-specific coaching
Short-term & race builds
Athletes preparing for a specific race or event should plan pauses or cancellations in advance of the billing date.
If your race falls early in a month and you no longer require coaching afterward, please submit a pause or cancellation request at least 7 days before the next billing date. Requests made after a month has been billed will take effect from the following month.
To keep billing fair and consistent for all athletes, we don't offer pro-rata refunds or credits once a billing cycle has begun.
Failed payments
When a payment fails
- If a payment fails, our system will automatically retry.
- If payment cannot be processed, coaching access may be temporarily suspended until resolved.
- Please ensure your payment details remain up to date to avoid interruptions — you can update them anytime using the link above.
FAQs
Common questions
How do I know whether I'm on the new system or the legacy system?
If you signed up to Ogging coaching after 12 April 2026, you're on our new Stripe-based system. Anyone who signed up before that is on our legacy direct debit system. If you're not sure, email accounts@ogging.co and we'll let you know.
Can I switch from Core to Pro (or vice versa)?
Yes. Email accounts@ogging.co with the change you'd like to make and we'll action it within 24 hours. Tier changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
Can I add or remove the nutrition add-on?
Absolutely. Email accounts@ogging.co with the change you'd like to make. Adding or removing nutrition takes effect from your next billing cycle.
What happens to my training when I pause?
During a paused month, no coaching is delivered and no payment is charged. Your coach will check in before your agreed return date so you can pick back up smoothly.
Can I pause for less than a full month?
Pauses apply to full calendar months only. If you need flexibility within a month — for travel, taper, or recovery — speak to your coach directly. Programming can usually be adjusted without a formal pause.
How long does a cancellation take to process?
Cancellations submitted at least 7 days before the 1st of the month take effect at the end of that billing cycle. Requests within the final 7 days will roll over to the following month.
What if my card is declined?
Stripe will automatically retry failed payments. You'll also receive an email with a link to update your card. If the issue isn't resolved, your coaching access may be temporarily suspended until it is.
Can I switch coaches?
Yes — coach changes are handled on a case-by-case basis. Email accounts@ogging.co and we'll find the right fit for you.
I have a training question, not a billing question. Who do I ask?
Always speak to your coach first — they're your primary point of contact for anything related to your program, sessions, or progress. Billing or admin questions go to accounts@ogging.co.

By signing up for an Ogging coaching membership, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.
All memberships are billed monthly and continue until cancelled with appropriate notice. Coaching fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Ogging Pty Ltd reserves the right to update pricing, billing schedules, or policy terms with reasonable notice.
