Triathlon Coaching – Ironman & 70.3 Specialists
At Ogging Fit, we provide individual triathlon coaching, with a strong foundation in Perth and coaches supporting athletes across Australia, specialising in IRONMAN, IRONMAN 70.3, Olympic distance, and sprint triathlon events.
Every athlete receives a personalised training program built around their experience, goals, and lifestyle. Our focus is on structured, sustainable training that delivers real progression — not generic plans. To support different needs, we offer three coaching tiers, with Ogging Pro being the most popular and recommended option for most triathletes.
Ogging Core — A lighter-touch option for self-driven athletes who want a personalised plan with expert oversight.
Ogging Pro — Recommended — Our most popular tier. Ogging Pro offers the ideal balance of structure, communication, and ongoing feedback, making it the best choice for athletes preparing for IRONMAN, IRONMAN 70.3, or anyone who values accountability and regular coach support.
Ogging Premium — For athletes seeking the highest level of coach access and support, often suited to long-course racing or complex schedules.
Across all tiers, you'll train with experienced coaches and be supported by a community built on consistency, accountability, and long-term progress.
