Shipping policy

Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched from Perth, Western Australia within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or WA public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Pre-orders
Items marked as pre-order ship on or around the estimated date shown on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order ships together when the pre-order item arrives. Want the in-stock items sooner? Place them as separate orders.

Australia
Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150 AUD. Orders under $150 are charged at the rate calculated at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location; regional and remote areas may take longer.

International
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, carriers occasionally scan late — if it's been more than 5 business days with no movement, email us and we'll chase it.

Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect orders once dispatched, and replacement of orders sent to an incorrectly entered address is at our discretion.

Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at hello@ogging.co with your order number and we'll make it right.
