At Ogging Fit, we provide individual cycling coaching delivered through the Ogging Cycle Club, with coaching hubs in Perth and Tasmania, supporting cyclists and triathletes training for road, time trial, gran fondo, gravel, and the bike leg of triathlon — at every level.
Every rider receives a personalised, power-based program built around their experience, goals, and lifestyle. Our focus is on structured, sustainable training that fits around your life — not generic plans or one-size-fits-all schedules.
To support different training needs, we offer three coaching tiers, with Ogging Pro being the most popular and recommended option for most riders.
Ogging Core — A lighter-touch option for self-driven cyclists who want a personalised, power-based plan with expert oversight.
Ogging Pro — Recommended — Our most popular tier. Ogging Pro offers the ideal balance of structure, communication, and ongoing feedback, making it the best choice for riders building toward gran fondos, road races, or a triathlon bike leg, or anyone who values accountability, regular coach input, and consistency.
Ogging Premium — Designed for riders seeking the highest level of coach access and support, including direct programming from former WorldTour professional Will Clarke. Suited to performance-focused goals, selection, complex schedules, or major event builds. Limited places.

William Clarke
William Clarke is a former WorldTour professional cyclist and elite triathlete, bringing over a decade of high-performance racing experience to his coaching. After 13 years competing across WorldTour, Pro Continental and Continental teams, Will transitioned into triathlon in 2023, quickly rising through the ranks and winning two age-group world titles in 2024. His background in elite endurance sport gives him a unique understanding of training load, race execution, and long-term athlete development.
Experience: 6 years in WorldTour teams, 4 years in Pro Continental teams, 3 years in Continental teams. Professional triathlete (2025 season). Began triathlon in 2023.
Specialisation: Cycling (Road & Time Trial) and Middle to Long Distance Triathlon.
Certifications / Education: Level 1 Triathlon Coach, Cycling Australia Accredited Coach, TrainingPeaks Certified Coach.

Jerome Teo
Jerome is a semi-professional road cyclist who races internationally while coaching the sessions he trains for himself. He leads Ogging's Cycle Club in person every week, bringing a current racer's feel for efforts, pacing and race-craft straight to the riders he works with.
- Experience: Semi-professional cyclist with Velofit Racing Team, racing across Asia and on the global stage / leads the Ogging Cycle Club VO2 sessions in person. 10+ years racing elite/semi-pro.
- Specialisation: Cycling - road / criterium / endurance / VO2 & top-end development.
- Certifications / Educations: Certified Sports Coach
- Personal Bests: 2nd Singapore National Championships U23 ITT 2019, 5th Singapore National Championships Elite Road Race 2019, 7th Singapore National Championships Elite Road Race (2025, 2024, 2018), 22nd Singapore National Championships Elite Road Race 2016, 31st South East Asian Games Elite Road Race 2019.
