What is Ogging Track Club?

Ogging Track Club is a coached, community-driven running group designed to help runners of all levels train with purpose.

Built around structured track sessions, accountability, and a welcoming team environment, OTC bridges the gap between casual run clubs and high-performance training. Whether you’re new to structured workouts or chasing your next PB, Track Club gives you the coaching, motivation, and community to show up consistently and improve.

Every Track Club session includes three training options, so everyone can train together — no matter your experience or current fitness.

Option A — Elite
Designed for advanced runners or those chasing PBs. Expect more reps, faster paces, and higher overall volume. Ideal if you’re confident with threshold or VO₂ work and want to be pushed.

Option B — Intermediate
A balanced, scaled version of the Elite set. Same workout structure, with slightly reduced reps/volume. Perfect for runners building consistency, stepping up their training, or progressing toward harder sessions.

Option C — Beginner
An accessible entry point for newer runners or anyone returning from a break. Shorter reps, controlled paces, and plenty of recovery — focused on learning the session format, building confidence, and improving fitness safely.

All runners complete the session together — you simply choose the option that best suits you on the day.

No matter where you're at, there's a version of the session that fits you.

Training alongside committed runners creates accountability you can’t replicate alone. Track Club is where athletes show up, push each other, and build consistency week after week.

Coached, Not Crowded

Sessions are led by experienced coaches who provide guidance, structure, and feedback within a group setting. You get the benefits of coaching, with the energy of a shared training environment.

OTC Founder - Luke Burrows

Ogging Track Club was founded in 2025 by Luke Burrows, building on the foundation that Jonny Sammut had already created with Ogging Fit. At the beginning of 2025, Luke connected with Jonny with the goal of starting his own coaching journey, and what started as an interest in helping athletes quickly became a shared passion for coaching. Luke wanted to play a major role in supporting Jon through his rehab, while also helping him transition Ogging from being purely online into something more tangible through in-person group sessions. This whole coaching journey and the process of developing Ogging together allowed Luke and Jonny to bond and grow a strong friendship in a short space of time. Out of that connection, Ogging Track Club was born - a natural extension of OggingFit, bringing athletes together into a supportive, community-based training environment.

“I started Ogging Track Club because I wanted to create a fun, inclusive, and supportive training environment that caters for athletes of all abilities - from beginners discovering the joy of running to elites chasing performance at the highest level. Running is often seen as an individual sport, but the right group transforms it into something much bigger: a source of accountability, motivation, and lasting friendships. Being based here in WA, I wanted to bring together a community where athletes can train hard in a professional environment, while also enjoying the social and fun side of the sport.”

“Looking ahead, I see Ogging Track Club becoming one of the leading running communities in Australia - a place where athletes of all backgrounds can come together, connect, and grow both on and off the track. My vision is to expand our reach through structured coaching, group sessions, and events that showcase the power of collective training. Over time, I want OTC to not only be known as a high-quality coaching group but also as a hub of community, support, and shared achievement, where every member feels valued, inspired, and part of something bigger than themselves.”
