Ironman Coaching Australia – Proven Results at Ironman Western Australia 2025
If you are searching for the best IRONMAN coaching in Australia, you are not just looking for a training plan. You are looking for structure, accountability, proven results, and a coaching system that delivers across all performance levels — from first-time finishers to sub-10 hour age group athletes.
At Ogging, our athletes have qualified for both IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships, while also delivering 57 finishes at IRONMAN Western Australia in December, including:
- 3 athletes under 10 hours
- 11 athletes under 11 hours
- 23 full IRONMAN finishers
- 34 IRONMAN 70.3 finishers
That depth of performance — from World Championship qualifiers to first-time finishers — reflects a structured, community-integrated coaching system built for sustainable progression, not isolated success stories.
Lucy Murdoch — 10:34, Ironman World Championship Qualifier. Lucy came to Ogging with a goal of qualifying for Kona. After 12 months of structured coaching she not only finished but qualified for the Ironman World Championship.
Zac came to Ogging with one goal: go sub-12 hours at Ironman Western Australia. On paper it was a tight target — he was managing full-time work, a busy schedule umpiring AFL, and all the life commitments that make consistent training genuinely hard. Coached by Reece Harris, Zac built a program that worked around his life rather than against it. He crossed the line at 11:59:46 — 14 seconds inside his goal. For Zac, those 14 seconds meant everything.
Katie had never done a triathlon before. Her goal was simple — finish her first 70.3 and see what she was capable of. What happened next surprised everyone, including Katie. She crossed the line in 5:18 and qualified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Nice, France. A first-time triathlete, heading to Worlds. That's the Ogging effect.
