Luke Burrows
Luke leads Ogging Track Club and is one of Australia’s top middle-distance runners. He inspires athletes with his blend of elite-level racing experience and a passion for building community.
- Experience: 10+ years as an elite runner, claiming multiple state titles.
- Specialisation: Running all distances.
- Certifications/Educations: Athletics Aus Certified Coach and Physiotherapy student.
- Personal Bests: 1500m - 3.42, 3000m - 8.01, 5000m - 14.07, Half Marathon - 1hr 6mins, 800m - 1.49
Will Lewis
Will is an elite runner with state and national titles to his name. His coaching style brings proven training methods to athletes who want to unlock their speed and endurance.
- Experience: 10+ years as an elite runner. Victorian State 1500m Champ 2022.
- Specialisation: Running all distances.
- Certifications/Educations: Completing Athletics Australia Certificate
- Personal Bests: 1500m - 3.39, 3000m - 8.01, 800m - 1.50. National Team Representative World XC Championship.
Emma Ferguson
Emma has been a standout middle-distance runner since her junior years and now focuses on helping beginner to intermediate runners build confidence and results.
- Experience: 10+ years as a Professional Athlete (Div 1 College Athlete) and 6-months coaching.
- Specialisation: Beginner to Intermediate 5km to Marathon Distance running.
- Certifications/Educations: Level 1 Athletics Australia Coach.
- Personal Bests: 2017 Australian U18 Champion in 1500m, 2x WA IGSSA 3KM Cross Country Champion (2013, 2014), Selected for Western Australia Talent Program in 2017 and represented Western Australia in track and cross country from 2013 to 2018, Won team silver at Australian Cross Country Championships in 2015
Ashleigh Candy
Ashleigh combines her own strong racing background with an approachable coaching style, helping newer runners find their rhythm and progress with purpose.
- Experience: 10+ years as a Professional Athlete (Div 1 College Athlete) and 6-months coaching.
- Specialisation: Beginner to Intermediate 5km to Marathon Distance running.
- Certifications/Educations: Level 1 Athletics Australia Coach.
- Personal Bests: 5km - 17.28, 800m - 2.15, 1500m - 4:34. NCAA Division 1 Track and Field Athlete.
