Cycling and triathlon
William Clarke
William Clarke is a former WorldTour professional cyclist and elite triathlete, bringing over a decade of high-performance racing experience to his coaching. After 13 years competing across WorldTour, Pro Continental and Continental teams, Will transitioned into triathlon in 2023, quickly rising through the ranks and winning two age-group world titles in 2024. His background in elite endurance sport gives him a unique understanding of training load, race execution, and long-term athlete development.
Experience: 6 years in WorldTour teams, 4 years in Pro Continental teams, 3 years in Continental teams. Professional triathlete (2025 season). Began triathlon in 2023.
Specialisation: Cycling (Road & Time Trial) and Middle to Long Distance Triathlon.
Certifications / Education: Level 1 Triathlon Coach, Cycling Australia Accredited Coach, TrainingPeaks Certified Coach.

Multiple Tasmanian State Championships from Sprint to 70.3 distance.
Turned professional triathlete in 2025.
Rachael Wales
Rachael is both an elite cyclist and triathlete, bringing experience across two disciplines to her coaching. Her academic background in exercise science strengthens her evidence-led approach.
- Experience: 4+ years as Elite triathlete (U23 then 2 years as pro long course) / 4 years as elite UCI continental cyclist.
- Specialisation: Cycling & Middle to Long Distance Triathlon
- Certifications / Educations: Bachelors Exercise Science & Physiology, currently completing Masters of Public Health, Level 1 Triathlon Coach.
- Personal Bests: 2nd Womans Grafton to Inverell 2025, 2nd Kapellen Pro Crit, Belgium 2024, Top 20 Elite Road Nationals 2025, 6th Elite Oceania ITT 2023, 10th Elite Oceania Road Race 2023, 5th Overall Western Sydney 70.3 2019, 3rd Western Australian Triathlete of the year 2018. Zwift academy top 3 finalist 2021, raced multiple world tour and pro tour races in Europe and Asia.
